How did you spend your Earth Hour? I enjoyed Incendio’s Gastown pizza, with its fresh crushed tomato, chicken breast, fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, mozza and gorgonzola cheese, by candelight, with a glass of white wine and hour of good conversation as the orange glow flickered on our faces.
